From Monday, June 22nd, to Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, project partners gathered for a highly productive meeting in Freising, hosted by the Technische Universität München (TUM). This three-day event provided an excellent opportunity to review the results of our initial experiments, strategize future plans, and address key organizational matters.
During our sessions, the consortium reflected deeply on the project’s potential and its impact, particularly in addressing current knowledge gaps within the field. Beyond the meeting room, partners enjoyed a comprehensive tour of the TUM facilities. Observing their advanced operational methodologies allowed us to benchmark our practices and identify ways to elevate research standards across all partner institutions.
Additionally, we had the privilege of engaging with experts from diverse disciplines. These interactions shed light on pioneering work and created a dynamic space to exchange experiences. We firmly believe that these kind of in-person meetings are a unique chance to truly put science at the center of collaborative innovation.
